Inflammation of glans penis, and posthitis – inflammation of foreskin – due to allergy (condom, contraceptive jelly, fungal (candida) and bacterial (streptococcal, or Borrelia Vincent) or fixed drug eruption, plasma cell infiltration (z00n’s balanitis) – presenting with poain, swelling ulceration, Dysuria, plaques. Diabetics often present with this condition

Fungal with clotrimazole 1% bid application or Mycostatin bid application//Bacterial with Neosporin application qid. If infected, cephalosporines or sulpha drugs orally//Dermatitis or Zoon’s Balanitis – topical steroid ointment.
