Tab. Baralgan 1 tds x 3 days at the time of M.C.

Tab. Diclonac-50 1 tds x 5 days prior to M.C

Cap. Clotan 200mg tds

If relief is not satisfactory after 4 to 6 months treatment.

Tab. Ovral.L 1 daily for 21 days from 5^th day of M.C for 6 months (E+P combination pills ot suppress ovulation)

If there is no relied with pills, refer to a gyneacologist to rule out underlying pathologies like endometriosis and for dilation of cervix.

Surgical procedures, wtith inconsitrent results:

Dilatation of Cervic.

Paracervical blocks

Presacral Neurectomy.

Pregnancy and vaginal delivery dilating the cervix is the best cure for primary Dysmenorrhoea.
