Self stimulation of genital organs to achieve orgasm.
C/o. Weakness, acne, dark circles around the eyes, sexual weakness etc. All wrongly attributed to masturbation. Root cause is guilt complex.
Explain to the patient, that masturbation is physiological and totally harmless act, which will not cause any weakness.
