Adult:
Initially, 16 mg tid. Maintenance: 24-48 mg daily. |

Should be taken with food. |

Precautions |
Active peptic ulcer, bronchial asthma, pregnancy and lactation. |

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Rash, pruritus, urticaria, dyspepsia, nausea, peptic ulcer disease, headache, dizziness, insomnia. |

Interactions |
May antagonise antihistamines. May decrease bronchodilator effects of b-2 agonists. |
