Indication & Dosage

Oral

REDUCTION OF SYMPTOMS OF VERTIGO IN MENIERE'S DISEASE

Adult: Initially, 16 mg tid. Maintenance: 24-48 mg daily.

Administration

Should be taken with food.

Precautions

Active peptic ulcer, bronchial asthma, pregnancy and lactation.

Adverse Drug Reactions

Rash, pruritus, urticaria, dyspepsia, nausea, peptic ulcer disease, headache, dizziness, insomnia.

Interactions

May antagonise antihistamines. May decrease bronchodilator effects of b-₂ agonists.
