Initially, 100 mg followed by 50-100 mg every 4-6 hr. |
Max Dosage: 300 mg/day. |

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Fluid retention, oedema; allergic nephritis, allergic reactions; GI upsets; dizziness, tinnitus, blurring of vision; local irritation, transient burning and stinging (ophthalmic). |

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Peptic ulceration, haemorrhage and perforation. |

Interactions |
Increases serum concentrations of digoxin; may enhance effects of anticoagulants. |
