ACUTE OESOPHAGEAL VARICEAL HAEMORRHAGE |
Adult:
2 mg followed by 1 or 2 mg every 4-6 hrs or until bleeding is controlled for up to 72 hr. |

Precautions |
Patients with hypertension, artherosclerosis, cardiac disorders, conditions which may be aggravated by water retention, eg. heart failure. |
|

Potentially Life-threatening
Adverse Drug Reactions |
Abdominal cramps, cardiac arrhythmias, headache, transient blanching, increased arterial pressure. |

Adverse Drug Reactions |
MI, cardiac failure. |
